Shipping and delivery shall be subject to availability and receipt of payment.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-4 business days.

All communication shall be through email.

All delivery options including both overnight and standard only operate on working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in your order’s shipment, we will contact you via email or telephone

Shipping rates & delivery

Our standard delivery fee is FREE to main areas. If customers are located within an outlying area, they will be contacted to pay an additional shipping fee. Free delivery for orders over R1500.00.(Not on SALE ITEMS). Final shipping fee will be displayed at checkout page after you enter your shipping address.

Please note: It is the customers responsibility to contact the courier if there are any errors tracking the parcel or to arrange a delivery time if a delivery has been unsuccessful. If a customer would like to know exactly what time a parcel shall be delivered, they will need to contact the courier directly.

Delivery delays may occur occasionally. Thus, communication shall be made in the event it thereof. Shipment shall be available to South African customers only.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Please note a product warranty of 6 months.

This does not include any damages due to your own negligence. All products returned under warranty will be assessed and replaced. In the case of out of stock, a credit note will be supplied
